CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time at Radiant Roots Trichology & Hair Loss Clinic is set aside just for you. You have access to the scheduling platform and can cancel at any time. However, please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service fee. This fee must be paid prior to you being able to get on the schedule in the future. Please note, appointments that require a deposit, your deposit payment must be submitted within 5 calendar days before your requested appointment date or your appointment request will be declined.
